شرح موقعیت: - We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to help shape the technical direction of our products, drive engineering excellence, and support the growth of our engineering teams. - In this role, you will lead technical decisions, design scalable systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. شرح وظایف: - Lead the technical design and architecture of backend services and distributed systems. - Drive engineering best practices across software development, code quality, testing, observability, and deployment. - Review code, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high engineering standards across the team. - Mentor and support software engineers in their technical growth and career development. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver scalable solutions. - Identify and address technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural challenges. - Participate in system design discussions and make informed decisions regarding scalability, security, and performance. - Improve development workflows, deployment pipelines, and operational excellence. - Contribute hands-on to critical parts of the codebase when needed. - Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous learning, and technical excellence. مهارت‌های مورد نیاز: - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - 2+ years of experience in a senior engineering or technical leadership role. - Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend development practices. - Experience designing and building scalable, high-availability distributed systems. - Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. - Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. - Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB. - Experience with message brokers and event-driven architectures, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies. - Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, containerization, and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps principles. - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. سخن پایانی: - We build, not watch — This is where you belong!
