عنوان آگهی: - استخدام Senior Operations Specialist در اسنپ باکس شرح موقعیت: - Are you passionate about optimizing operations and driving performance excellence? - SnappBox is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. - In this role, you will be at the forefront of resolving issues, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance our customer-centric approach. شرح وظایف: - Analyze logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, QC, etc) to optimize logistics processes and workflows. - Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements. - Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. - Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues, develop corrective action plans, and translate analysis results into business recommendations. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and analytics. - Build strong relationships with key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and execute action plans to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional experience. - Proactively monitor and analyze delivery operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and build a product development pipeline. - Develop internal and external processes for delivery operations, understand drivers of low performance, identify critical operational improvements and defects, scale those improvements, and monitor their performance over time. - Ensure the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts. شرایط احراز: - At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain management, Data analytics, Business Analytics, Business line management or project management. - Proven experience in business operations and performance analysis. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using, Excel, SQL, and Power BI). - Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English. - Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential. مزایا: - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - Opportunities for professional growth and development - A collaborative and innovative work environment - Learning budget - Transportation discount and voucher - Organizational food discount - Hybrid and flexible working hours
