The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring on-time pickup from sellers, accurate delivery to customers, sufficient fleet capacity, and efficient warehouse operations, while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction. شرح وظایف - Plan and execute daily pickup and distribution operations to ensure on-time collection from sellers and accurate delivery to customers. - Manage warehouse and facility operations, including receiving, sorting, loading, dispatching, and maintaining operational standards. - Supervise and manage operational teams and manpower, including workforce planning, performance management, training, and development. - Manage courier recruitment, onboarding, retention, and daily fleet capacity based on operational demand. - Monitor pickup and delivery KPIs, productivity, service levels, and delivery progress, and prepare regular performance reports. - Ensure fleet readiness and availability, including proper organization and maintenance of delivery vehicles. - Implement and ensure compliance with distribution policies, procedures, and operational standards. - Manage relevant administrative matters, personnel records, and operational documentation in accordance with company procedures. - Review employee performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and improvement plans. - Provide operational data and insights for business reviews, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure operational efficiency, on-time service, and customer satisfaction across pickup and delivery operations. مهارت‌های مورد نیاز - 3–5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or last-mile operations, preferably with team management responsibilities. - Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. - Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare and analyze operational reports. - Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. - Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and perform effectively under pressure. - Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making skills. - Good understanding of customer experience and service quality. - Good command of English is a plus.
